Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
At present we accept only Paypal payment using its Secure Server so that you can be confident that your details will be collected safely. Other payment options on checkout are: Cheque by post (we will notify you when we receive your cheque, allow 7 days after this to clear payment). Use the 'cheque' option if sending Postal Orders, these do not need time to clear. Please make cheques payable to "A1 Wedding Services Ltd". Please do not send cash as we can not be held responsible for non receipt of cash by post.
Shipping And Handling
If you are ordering more than one Balloon Gift and would like them to be delivered to different addresses you should place a seperate order for each delivery.
Most items ordered will be despatched within 3 - 5 working days. Gift Items can be sent directly to the intended recipient. You will be asked if you want to specify those details whilst 'checking out' of the store.
If you wish to order gifts in advance to be sent on a specific date, please use the 'Delivery Date Required' option where available. Please remember that we can only guarantee delivery on WEEK DAYS with minimum 5 days notice.
If your item is not in stock or discontinued, we will offer a full refund or inform you of the next date it will become available by email or by phone.
A1 Wedding Services ltd is a small family run business and we are not VAT registered. The price displayed is all you pay.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only held by the secure payment provider. We never see your credit card details. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All items are packed and sent with care. Customers should report any damage or breakages within 3 days of receipt of goods. We will always obtain proof of delivery and do our best to send your goods within the time specified - any delay by Royal Mail or any other delivery company is beyond our control.
Privacy Policy
A1 Wedding Services Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy Other Terms & Conditions
- A1 Wedding Services Ltd trading as balloonwalla cannot be held responsible for incorrect information supplied by the customer.
- Claims for balloons that are delivered damaged must be reported within 3 days of delivery date.
- By virtue of the Distance Selling Regulations once the goods have been dispatched we are exempt from giving cancellation rights as the goods we are providing are perishable.
- We reserve the right to substitute your balloon with a similar choice if your chosen balloon is out of stock. Where time allows before dispatch we will contact you to give you the option of canceling the order or accepting the substituted goods.
- Any free gifts offered, are given whilst stocks last. We reserve the right to substitute your free gift with a similar choice.
- The average flying time for a helium filled foil balloon is 3 days, and in many cases longer, customers should note that Royal Mail may store parcels in cold temperatures causing helium to deflate, however when placed back into a warm environment the helium rapidly expands again.
- Once the delivery has been signed for at the given address it is no longer the responsibility of A1 Wedding Services Ltd.
- Refunds can not be given if the balloon is not passed on to the named recipient.
- By submission of the order the customer accepts these terms and conditions and authorises A1 Wedding Services Ltd to take payment for products selected through our Payment Service Provider.
